To access the Event logs, open Corporate Compliance Utilities and from the Task bar, click Event Logs. The list defaults to showing all messages from the last 24 hours.

| Previous messages | Untick the Show logs for last 24 hours only option at the bottom of the list. |
| Messages for only Corporate Compliance | Select Corporate Compliance from the Application drop-down options. To show all messages again click X beside the drop-down list under the Application column header. |
| Messages for just one type of severity (E.g, only view errors) | Click the drop-down list under the Severity column header and select the required severity level. The options are Error, Warning and Info. To show all messages again, click X beside the drop-down list under the Severity column header. |
| Messages for just one workstation | Click the drop-down list under the Machine column header and select the workstation required. To show all messages for all workstations again click X beside the drop-down list under the Machine column header. |
| Messages for just one user | Click the drop-down list under the User column header and select the required user. To show all messages for all users again, click X beside the drop-down list under the User column header. |
